Our Commitment

Tradifox should be usable by everyone — whatever your abilities, and whatever browser, device or assistive technology you use. We target WCAG 2.1 level AA (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) across every page and all four language versions of this site: English, German, Norwegian and Polish.

Accessibility is built into how Tradifox is designed and developed from the start, not bolted on afterwards. We review this statement and re-test the site as it evolves, so it stays an accurate description of what you will actually find here.

Accessibility Features on Tradifox

The following features are implemented across the entire site:

  • Full keyboard navigation, including all menus and the language switcher.
  • A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
  • WCAG AA colour contrast (at least 4.5:1) for text and interactive elements.
  • Descriptive alternative text on every informative image.
  • Live news and weather widgets announce updates through aria-live regions.
  • Reduced-motion support: animations respect your prefers-reduced-motion setting.
  • Logical heading structure and ARIA landmarks for screen reader navigation.
  • Responsive layout that stays usable at 200% zoom and on mobile devices.

Known Limitations

We want to be honest about what we do not fully control. Third-party advertising content shown inside our labelled ad blocks is produced by external networks, and it may not meet the same accessibility standards as the rest of the site. We place all ads in clearly bounded, labelled regions so screen reader and keyboard users can identify and skip them easily.

External retailer websites we link to are outside our control. Live widget data (news and weather) comes from third-party services; when a service is unavailable, the widgets fall back to accessible static content rather than breaking the page.

Feedback and Contact

If you run into a barrier anywhere on Tradifox, please tell us — it genuinely helps. Email support@tradifox.com and describe the page and the problem; if you can, mention your browser and any assistive technology you were using.

We treat accessibility reports as a priority. We aim to reply within 2–3 business days and to fix confirmed issues promptly.
